What a joke. This place will rob you blind. The rent is $790 (been here 5 years) with all of the fees, the pre payment of my utilities for August and the threat of another fee, my rent totalled $1024 this month. The useless office crew refers you to "Corporate." Mystery fee after mystery fee. It took over one year to get my dishwasher replaced, I have holes in my sub-floor that has been on record since 2015. This place is a joke. Management changes hands every couple of months.

The management is horrible. The hot water is always out and instead of fixing the issue they just relight it and lie saying they replaced it. They waited nearly two months to cash checks than fine you when it's too old to clear cause they didn't cash it in time. They're rarely in their office and it takes them forever to fill any requests or even applications for anyone to move in with someone

Living here wasn't bad, the problems didn't lie in the location or the neighbors it was all due to the management. Not only do the windows let in cold air, not even just a little, but then you're required to pay higher utilities due to this issue. The windows freeze over, on the inside. For 8 months of my stay they "forgot" to bill me for utilities (this was my first ever apartment), then sent me a lump sum bill stating that I owed them for the mistake they made. When I made an agreement with them that I would pay half, I figured this would have been the resolution but in all reality they took the remainder out of my security deposit when I moved out and called it "outstanding amount". I wouldn't move here, I wouldn't recommend it to a friend, I wouldn't even recommend it to someone I hate. Choose somewhere else or be scammed without your knowledge.
