Absolutely adore Aubrey! Shes sweet kind and goes all out making this place a home! Ive been here about 6 months and wouldnt think about going anywhere else! She treats everyone like family and does everything in her power to get things done when needed! Shes always been there even if its just someone to talk to and to be a friend 🧡 literally the best management ive come across living in apartments. I've rented an apartment from this complex for years now, and I'm telling you it's worth every penny! The management team of Cynthia Gomez and Jennifer Kobus provide excellent attention to detail in everything they do and will make the process of moving in easy for anyone. Lawrence Cruz is great maintenance man, and has come to the rescue many times before and has even showed up on weekends late at night. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and affordable place, start here!

I just moved in recently. This is one of the few apartments I can afford near downtown that has also done updates, so I actually want to live here. It’s also right off a trail, has great mountain views, and they allow pets. I’ve lived in the Cragmor neighborhood a year now, so was happy to find a place nearby.

I’ve been living here for about a year and it’s been great. It’s cheap and affordable while still meeting my needs. The laundry is free and maintenance is always on top of fixing things. The front deck staff is great and accommodating, Jennifer and Cynthia have been wonderful. Hoping to see the pool get fixed this year :) but overall would renew my lease.

I’m an army dog who just moved here from South Carolina on the 1st. I moved in sight unseen and everything has been as advertised. The outside doesn’t look like much but inside my apartment is very clean, spacious and warm. G.lopez helped me through email and text messaging to get all paperwork signed very easily. All of the staff at the office has been very friendly, pcsing can be hard in the military but I couldn’t have asked for an easier transition.

I lived at Spring Creek for two years and just recently moved out. The management has been good to me and maintenance is exceptional. I lived on the second floor which was nice as it does well for getting heat from downstairs in the winter and heat moving upstairs in the summer. The neighbors are mostly amazing and watch out for each other well. I always felt safe and being a single woman means a lot. The rent is a good price for the area and I never had bugs in my unit. The only real negative I had there is the windows do ice up in the winter. Overall a great place to live and if I hadn't bought a house, I would continue to live there.

The professionalisms the staff has here is amazing. The office staff especially Cynthia was a great help to me with my million and one questions that I had about moving. She help directed me to do what I needed to do to move in here and my apartment is amazing. It’s super clean and I feel safe here with all the staff being here. The staff is also very helpful with anything that that needs to be maintained in my apartment.

In search of an apartment close by the college. I really appreciate the professionalism the manager and staff has shown me. They answered all my questions I had and the place was very clean and we'll priced with amazing view of Pikes peak.While I was there the maintenance seem to be very on top of thing getting stuff done. I'm confident that I will be calling this place home soon.

I don't agree on most of these reviews that are posted on here, been living here about a year and a half and had no problems, get to know your neighbors, you got their backs and they will look after yours. Manager Pamela is great and understanding and will help with your needs if you just communicate with her. Went to the office two weeks ago and where is Dee? She was awesome in so many ways, she would always light up the room!!! Maintenance is pretty quick in getting things done. All in all Great place for the price.

I have lived, visited, and been in MANY apartments across this city my WHOLE life and honestly these are NOT bad for the price. Big and spacious is. I like the Big closets and nice bathrooms. Having laundry on every floor is nice. All of my maintenance issues were addressed promptly. Never an issue with anyone in the office. Truly hard to beat the price for the location and size.
