Iâve been living here for about a year and itâs been great. Itâs cheap and affordable while still meeting my needs. The laundry is free and maintenance is always on top of fixing things. The front deck staff is great and accommodating, Jennifer and Cynthia have been wonderful. Hoping to see the pool get fixed this year :) but overall would renew my lease.

I called here twice last week to try and talk to someone about potentially renting an apartment, and could not get in touch with anybody. I also called early afternoon on a weekday to make sure I wasn't calling at an inconvenient time, and still did not get in touch with anybody. Thinking they were probably busy or dealing with tenants, I drove to the complex in person so I could meet with someone and discuss renting a unit from here. Not only could I not find the leasing office, I nearly entered people's apartments whilst following multiple signs pointing to the "leasing office", which led me to buildings that were most certainly not leasing offices. Having had enough with the headache, I decided to take my money elsewhere. I'm leaving this review so the management can clean up their numerous leasing office signs and make it easier for potential renters to get in contact with someone. Have a nice day.

Jennifer and Audrey were so helpful and friendly when letting me tour the property! By far one of the best leasing office experiences Iâve had!!

I called Spring Creek apartments 7 or 8 times over 2 weeks trying to schedule a tour, and no one ever picked up. So I sent them an e-mail and got an automated response telling me to schedule a time on their website. So I did that, and never got a confirmation or anything. I decided to show up at the time I scheduled anyways, got there 15 minutes early, and their leasing office was closed with a sign saying they'd be back in 15 minutes. I waited around for half an hour and no one ever came back. How do these people even get new tenants? Super unprofessional, don't waste your time.

Do NOT Move here! They have a massive homeless problem (pictures included, 9am btw) that they refuse to fix and install locks on the doors, many of which do drugs and fentanyl in the buildings. One apartment had to be closed because of fentanyl use. The cops refuse to help out regardless of drug activity around children because "you're not the owner" and so you cant have them removed. Also heat does not work in the majority of the buildings; which, leads to pipes breaking and so frequent flooding. Extreme neglect from every owning company, including current one.

Cheap to rent, and with steam baseboard heaters, winters were warm. At least on the ground floor. Plumbing is pretty bad (the cold water was HOT at one point as well as howling pipes) and if anyone in the building flushes or does laundry, shower temps go crazy. They will not respond to complaints about other tenants doing laundry at 3:00am despite signage asking to not do so after 10. Theft is also a big problem in this neighborhood. Three car break-ins and damn near a shoot-out just outside my living room window.

Iâm an army dog who just moved here from South Carolina on the 1st. I moved in sight unseen and everything has been as advertised. The outside doesnât look like much but inside my apartment is very clean, spacious and warm. G.lopez helped me through email and text messaging to get all paperwork signed very easily. All of the staff at the office has been very friendly, pcsing can be hard in the military but I couldnât have asked for an easier transition.
