Aubrey is wonderful. She gets things done and organized. She's available to talk to if you have an issue. She is very organized and does her job well. These apartments are a nice place to live. She is very efficient.

Do not move here. Typical corporate slumlord apartment complex. Office manager, Aubrey is unprofessional, unethical, and impossible to get in touch with. Pet friendly, yet they donât provide waste bags which leads to lazy pet owners leaving a disgusting experience for the rest of the tenants. Stairway carpets are beyond disgusting and maintenance requests are rarely answered. Not to mention, the pool never did open which was a big reason why we rented this apartment in the first place. Total rip off.

I've rented an apartment from this complex for years now, and I'm telling you it's worth every penny! The management team of Cynthia Gomez and Jennifer Kobus provide excellent attention to detail in everything they do and will make the process of moving in easy for anyone. Lawrence Cruz is great maintenance man, and has come to the rescue many times before and has even showed up on weekends late at night. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and affordable place, start here!

I just moved in recently. This is one of the few apartments I can afford near downtown that has also done updates, so I actually want to live here. Itâs also right off a trail, has great mountain views, and they allow pets. Iâve lived in the Cragmor neighborhood a year now, so was happy to find a place nearby.
